I came in today with a broken heart, really hoping someone would take care of me. I couldn't keep the current car I had which was the Kia Optima 2013. I loved my car but due to personal reasons, I had to turn it in and get my own. I was leasing the other one with someone else as the 1st co-signer. I was directed to the front desk as I came in and was helped out by Sam. I seriously must say that I felt like someone was on my side for once. I know he did the best he could do to help me out. He understood my situation and was really honest with me. He turned my frown into a smile. I really appreciate going to different places and feeling that I'm being taken care of. Thank you so much.
