At the time of purchase I received great service from Steve Goodrich. Now that I have been receiving service from the service department, I have been very unhappy with the service I have received and my car is still doing the same thing. Today I contacted Mr. Dan Bartlett and explained my situation. He advised me to come in and we would handle it. Mr. Bartlett connected me with Dale McCracken and he was very understanding and patient with me. Dale McCracken made me a happy customer again. Thanks Dale!!
