My experience at the Kia was unique. Before coming into the establishment, the communication before Ken was horrible. I felt discouraged. Ken was consistent and was very honest with me. The process was up front and smooth. The reason for coming in was because of Ken.Because the  run around with being transferred was horrible. But ken was the hero. I well refer anyone to Ken. Greatest guy.
