Denise was very informative on the services that were or are coming due soon and suggested to break the servicing down into 2 or 3 sessions so that i wouldn't have to pay all that money at one time; so I was able to get a couple of things from the upcoming 15,000 mile service in addition to the regular servicing. She also asked about the fuel reimbursements which I had totally forgot about and was one of the main reasons for coming in. So we took care of it because I had my customer I.D. number. A big thanks to Denise for being on her job!
