My experience today was very pleasant. I was able to quickly test drive the vehicle I was interested in. There was no "hard sell" to upgrade to a more expensive version of the same model. My questions were answered quickly. I felt comfortable with the sales staff and appreciated their candor and flexibility as I considered available options.
