I have to say that my experience with Kia has been very positive due to the Kia employees that i get to deal with. Helen Kashay is the consummate professional and yet I feel like part of the family at the same time. She has a wonderful way of working just for you when she is with you. Her customer attention is the best I have ever seen in a retail setting and that is why I continue to use the service dept at Kia, Car Pros in Tacoma.
