"Lance sold us the car on our first visit. We cam to Kia first, and he walked out to greet us. Listened to what we were interested in and took us right to the Sorento. We looked elsewhere but came back to Lance. We test drove the Sorento and loved it. We talked about other features that we wanted and he helped to find us the car of our choice :) Very knowledgeable and caring. We even spoke to him on his day off on his cell phone."
